I am the property manager for a high rise rental building in Scarborough. The MJW Team have been providing their professional services to us for over ten years. These services include garage sweeping and power washing, catch basin and drain cleaning, and garbage chutes and container washing.

The team at Metro Jet Wash just completed the garage cleaning on June 26th. I wanted to thank your team who worked on the design and execution of our garbage surround here at the Village. It was not an easy design, and they were incredibly patient with all my questions and concerns.

The job also provided much-needed entertainment for my seniors. The day your team arrived, a number of my seniors brought out their lawn chairs and supervised the job from a safe distance. The finished surrounds (we had all three done) are all beautiful and functional – even the city commented on how nice they were. I called John from Metro Jet Wash London today at approximately 3:30 pm with an urgent matter in our garbage room at our 1132 Adelaide St N building. We had a terrible smell that developed over the last weeks that was infecting the building, and we could not find the source of or correct on our own.

John listened to my concerns and attended within 30 mins. Upon attending, John called Kevin and they offered and suggested that they attempt to find the source of the smell this evening (he agreed, it was truly offensive). This job included pulling the compactor and bin to investigate, power washing the garbage room with a stronger solution, removing multiple dirty wet diapers that made their way behind the compactor due to tenant error, working in extreme heat and humidity, and then putting everything back together which proved to be a challenge due to the side access door interlock malfunctioning.

I truly appreciate the work ethic displayed, the loyalty to Royal Oak, as always, and the reliability that I have come to know I can depend on. Thanks for a job very well done.

I could not be happier with the service I received from Drop ‘N’ Toss! During my home renovations, I called Kevin to request a bin. He was very informative and helpful in guiding me with what size bin I needed, as well as what I could and could not throw in it. The bin was delivered the same day. When I was finished, it was also picked up the same day.

Kevin and the whole Drop ‘N’ Toss team were exceptional, and their pricing was the lowest I had found. I wouldn’t think twice about calling them again in the future.

I wanted to send this to say thank you for coming out to clean our parking garage. Both workers were very professional, courteous, and friendly. They did a great job cleaning the basement parking garage. Several tenants have already parked their cars down there and came to talk to me. They all said how nice and clean it is, done before expected – which is always a bonus, and it smells fresh and clean.

I walked around the basement with one of the workers (sorry don’t remember his name) while John was spraying. There was such a difference at that time. It was easy to see what was already cleaned. I just walked around again now that it is all done, and it looks great.

We have been working with Metro Jet Wash since 2013. They power sweep and power wash our indoor garages at our residential apartment buildings. It should be noted that we are extremely satisfied with their professionalism, dependability and efficiency. They work well with our site staff and we have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them.
